Every year, Las Huellas is proud to hold our annual Holiday Fundraiser to support wildlife conservation efforts in South Texas. The event revolves around ordering delicious, South Texas meats, with all proceeds going toward our Las Huellas mission: to educate the people of South Texas about wildlife conservation to ensure the preservation of our essential natural resources for generations to come.

Here at Las Huellas, we are committed to fostering conservation and conservation education in the southern region of the Lone Star State. This includes partnerships with local and state organizations to support their work to preserve natural habitats and wildlife populations. We also are proud to support conservation education through our Las Huellas Endowment Fund, providing essential education funding for students in South Texas.
The 2025 Holiday Fundraiser
This 2025 holiday season, Las Huellas is offering juicy, slow-moked pork shoulders that would make the perfect star of your holiday gathering. You can place your order today to reserve one or five pork shoulders, and come the holidays, you can enjoy a delightful meal while being proud of the support you’re giving to South Texas conservation. Pickup will be Tuesday, November 25th, between 4:30 pm and 6:30 pm at Mathers Farm on 600Riverside Blvd, Brownsville, Tx 78520
