Las Huellas is proud to hold an annual holiday fundraiser to gather support for South Texas wildlife conservation efforts and education. Still, fundraising isn’t our only goal. We also want to help our community make precious holiday memories sharing a hearty and delicious meal with family and friends. That’s why for our holiday fundraiser we offer juicy, slow-smoked pork shoulders for sale, with all proceeds going toward fostering wildlife conservation in South Texas.

How Your Money’s Spent: The Las Huellas Mission

Here at Las Huellas, we are committed to supporting wildlife conservation in South Texas, with an emphasis on conservation education. But what does that mean in practice?
The work we do at Las Huellas revolves around fostering community involvement in nature and conservation, particularly among young people. That includes partnering with local organizations to provide conservation education to the community and providing conservation education funding through our Las Huellas Endowment Fund. We’re also proud to work with conservation organizations to gather funding and do the important work of preserving our natural environments and resources.
